COINNOV is a Research, Development, and Innovation fund that aims to provide technical and financial support in the form of grants to 40 innovation projects developed and implemented by companies in cooperation with a private or public service provider, 20 of which aim to improve environmental sustainability.

COINNOV is managed by SMART CAPITAL with technical support from the Tunisia Technoparks Association (ATT). 

CCOINNOV is part of the PACE-AMIT component of the “Qualitative Growth for Employment (CQE)” project and is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the European Union. The project is implemented by GIZ in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy (MIME).
