Pr\u00e9alablement, Zied a travaill\u00e9 pendant 3 ans au sein du projet USAID Tunisia JOBS en qualit\u00e9 de Finance \/ Equity specialist en charge de l\u2019activit\u00e9 Acc\u00e8s au Financement aux TPME.<\/p>\n

Zied a travaill\u00e9 \u00e9galement durant plus de 11 ans dans le domaine du Private Equity avec notamment des passages significatifs par SODICAB SICAR en tant que Charg\u00e9 d\u2019affaires et par Alternative Capital Partners (ACP) en tant que Fund Manager du 1er<\/sup> fonds d\u2019amor\u00e7age priv\u00e9 en Tunisie. Fort de ces exp\u00e9riences longues, Zied a \u00e9galement dirig\u00e9 sa propre entreprise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie financi\u00e8re et l\u2019accompagnement strat\u00e9gique des PME et des startups.<\/p>\n

Zied est titulaire d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me de Master Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en Ing\u00e9nierie Financi\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole Sup\u00e9rieure de Commerce (ESC) ainsi que d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me de Ma\u00eetrise en Hautes \u00c9tudes Commerciales, Option Finance, \u00e0 l\u2019Institut des Hautes \u00c9tudes Commerciales (IHEC) de Carthage.<\/p>\n

L\u2019arriv\u00e9e de ce profil exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 au sein de Smart Capital permettra de consolider la dynamique du Fonds de fonds ANAVA, premier v\u00e9hicule du genre en Tunisie et dont l\u2019objectif est de cr\u00e9er 13 fonds de capital-risque afin de doter l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me tunisien des startups de l\u2019environnement financier ad\u00e9quat en termes de solutions de financement et permettre l\u2019\u00e9mergence de licornes et d\u2019acteurs r\u00e9gionaux majeurs \u00e0 l\u2019horizon de 2028.<\/p>\n
