Request for Tender Update: Contract Award Announcement

Smart Capital, in partnership with SPARK, are pleased to announce that the contract for the Business Angel Activation – Capacity Building Program, financed by the European Union, has been awarded to Efino.

After a thorough evaluation process, their proposal emerged as the most suitable to meet our project requirements and objectives.

The selection committee rigorously assessed each submission based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the tender document. The winning bidder demonstrated exceptional expertise, a comprehensive understanding of the project scope, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

We extend our sincere congratulations to Efino for their outstanding proposal and successful bid. We are confident that their capabilities and proven track record will contribute to the success of the Business Angel Capacity Building Program and bring significant value to the Business Angel Activation Project as a whole.

We would like to express our gratitude to all the bidders who participated in the tender process. Each submission was carefully reviewed, and we appreciate the time, effort, and resources invested in preparing the proposals. While the decision was challenging, it was based on the specific needs of the project, and we acknowledge the quality and merit of all submitted proposals.

We are excited to move forward with Efino and commence the next phase of the project. We will soon initiate contract negotiations to establish the necessary agreements and milestones.

Once again, we extend our congratulations to Efino. We look forward to a fruitful collaboration and the successful realization of the Business Angel Capacity Building Program.

About the Business Angel Activation Project: The Business Angel Activation Project is a project implemented by Smart Capital in partnership with SPARK, financed by the European Union, as part of the “From Innovation to Creation” programme. It is a comprehensive initiative aimed at catalyzing angel investing in Tunisia’s startup ecosystem by equipping Business Angels with the skills and support they need to successfully source a deal flow and close deals.
